1Provide the person's or entity's details ?Person — a birth chart, computed for the moment of birth.
Company or event — the same mechanism, but for a moment of founding: registering a company, signing a contract, opening a venue. The astrologer then speaks about the undertaking, not about character.
The time shifts the Ascendant and the house division. If you do not know it, tick the box next to it — we compute for 12:00 and the astrologer will say that conclusions about houses are approximate.

2Provide the place of birth or inception ?The place determines the chart houses — which areas of life the planets play out in. Without it the Ascendant cannot be computed.
